Exam description

This exam tests that you know the market trends, business drivers, and customer challenges associated with the high level Business Service Management space. The exam tests that you can articulate how HPE addresses these challenges through compelling value propositions. Your propositions deliver business and IT value, recognize the market demands and challenges associated with Application Performance Management, Infrastructure Management, Operations Bridge and Operations Intelligence. The exam tests that you are able to explain how HPE addresses these demands and challenges.

Ideal candidate for this exam

Typical candidate is a sales professional who has attained the level of knowledge required to sell HPE Business Service Management software solutions. The candidate assesses and improves their capabilities to understand customers, qualify and validate opportunities, and develop and propose solutions in the Business Service Management space. HPE recommends that the candidate has six (6) months experience in the placement and sales of IT Management software solutions.
