This exam tests your skills on Advanced Service Manager 9.x.a software and service offerings. It also validates your ability to recognize opportunities for Service Manager Implementation in the marketplace.
This certification exam is designed for candidates with on-the-job experience. The associated training courses, which usually include labs, provide a foundation, but candidates are expected to have real world experience as well
