Exam description

This exam tests your ability to demonstrate, deploy and manage HPE Project and Portfolio Management Center 9.x Software. This software provides IT executives with real time visibility into strategic and operational demand, including in flight projects, programs and ongoing maintenance activities. You should already have knowledge of business requirements, technical prerequisites and deployment and management constraints for a business class installation. You need to demonstrate knowledge of the benefits that the HP Project and Portfolio Management Center 9.x Software provides and enable IT to rapidly identify and prioritize the projects and initiatives to sustain alignment with enterprise or corporate goals.

Ideal candidate for this exam

Typical candidate is a presales technical consultant, solution architect, a team member, or a candidate working under supervision of a senior consultant in small or medium enterprise settings. This could be as part of a team tasked with automation and enforcement of demand aggregation and project and portfolio management processes in a complex environment. We recommend that the candidate have a minimum of three (3) months and preferably more than six (6) months of real world experience with implementation and maintenance of medium complexity availability and performance management solutions with HPE Project and Portfolio Management Center Software. Candidate needs sufficient experience and fluency with the basics of time reports, project schedules, demand workflows, portfolio planning, detailed project plans and financial project metrics.
