Course description

The "Concepts and Principles of ALM" module is an introduction to application lifecycle management.
In this module we will introduce you to 4 key facets of ALM including lifecycle management, quality assurance, quality control and delivery, specifically agile delivery.
- You will learn the differences between traditional waterfall and agile development models.
- You will be able to contrast the concepts of quality assurance and quality control.
- You will be able to explain the roles of performance,functional and security testing in the ALM process.
- You will be able to explain the various stages of the application lifecycle including governance, development and operations.
