This certification validates that you can gather requirements, install, and configure HPE PPM Center for demo, POC, and pilot project purposes, and can implement it in a production environment under the supervision of a senior consultant. Certification also validates your basic skills in solution administration (start, stop, user management, security layers, key scripts, license usage, and system performance monitoring).
